All our doors are under one year guarantee in conjunction with our sales policy starting from the date of delivery. However, any door found to have a factory fault will be replaced free of charge. Our company will not be responsible for any faults and defects caused by false storage and handling after the delivery of doors.

The doors should be stored flat on a surface in a well ventilated, dry place and not stored on edge or end. The doors should not be exposed to direct sunlight and moisture (our doors belong to the exposure class SE-Semi Exterior). They should be stacked on a board with four bearers to spread the load which should all take an equal share of weight.
