All our doors are manufactured from 100% natural solid wood (white mahogany and red mahogany). The wood is moisture reduced by drying under natural conditions and kiln drying. All our doors are solid engineered which means it is absolutely clear, straight grain, laminated for maximum strength and more resistant to warping, shrinking, twisting and cracking. A careful inspection of grain and color is conducted before selecting each veneer.
Each door component is carefully assembled and hand finished then strictly examined by our quality team. If the door is approved to fulfill the standards, our "quality seal" is labeled. After these processes, the product is packaged carefully and stocked for installation.
